3. Booking of items are not allowed. Goods sold are on a 1st come 1st served basis.

4. The prices of products are based on Ringgit Malaysia.

5. The management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions as well as revise the prices of products and shipment costs from time to time, without prior notification to customers.

6. Product photos uploaded on this website are for reference only. Actual products might not be identical to the photos due to computer display settings and the lighting conditions when the photos were taken. However, please be rest assured that Chez Moi has made all reasonable efforts to display the colours as accurately as possible.

7. Products featured are new and original unless otherwise stated.

8. All products sold are not refundable or exchangeable. Refund is ONLY applicable if the item that you ordered and fully paid for is no longer available.

9. Customs departments in each country often have regulations that should be investigated prior to placing orders; these may pertain to duty taxes and-or allowable items. Chez Moi is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred or for the retention of your order by customs if it does not pass inspection and you will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for all expenses in these circumstances.


Delivery

1. Currently Chez Moi does not provide C.O.D service.However, we do provide physical delivery upon payment.

2. Chez Moi provides physical delivery to the areas listed below in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia:

a) Sri Petaling
b) Bukit Jalil
c) Bandar Kinrara
d) OUG Chez Moi provides physical delivery 7 days a week.

Timing of the actual delivery however, is subject to Chez Moi's arrangement.

3. Delivery is FREE to anywhere in Malaysia for any purchase of RM$75.00 and above. For purchases less than RM$75.00, postal charges apply and/or there will be a modest delivery charge of RM5.00 for physical deliveries. Please take note that customers need to make full payment of products and delivery.

4. Pre-orders may take a longer time to deliver. This is because Chez Moi may accumulate all orders up till a specified date before placing all confirmed orders with the suppliers. In addition, delivery is also dependable on supplier's delivery time to Chez Moi.You are encouraged to check with the management on the delivery time for pre-order products first before placing your orders. This is to align your expectations and avoid disappointment.

5. An order is considered as confirm only when full payment is received.

6. P.O. box addresses are currently not accepted.

7. If the product is available in our stock, we will ship it to you within the next 48 hours upon receipt of full payment. When you will receive it depends on which country it will be delivered to and what mode of delivery you choose. Please click here for details.
